I wanted to send you a note to say "thank you" for making my beautiful engagement ring. It is exquisite and every time I look at it, I not only see my fiances love, I also see your magnificent artistry.

I have long admired MICHAEL B. jewelry and it has been my dream to own a piece. My engagement ring is a dream come true.

Thus, I wanted to send you a note to show my gratitude and appreciation for your work. My ring dances in every light and friends have commented on its sparkle and craftsmanship.

Above all, it's a lovely piece and I appreciate the time and effort you put into making it. I will treasure it always as it is the perfect representation of my love for my fiance and his love for me.

Please give my sincere thanks to Michael B. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the ring!  He did an amazing job, and I’m so glad I had it done by your design studio.  I love the yellow prongs on the side stones with the white of the diamonds—it makes a nice yellow and white effect, which I love.  I love the size of the side stones—they make the center stone look big just as I asked for.  The platinum prongs and basket around the center stone are really pretty—I like the 2 tone nature of the metals, and I love the little diamonds on the prongs—a subtle and beautiful touch.  The ring looks very elegant, and glamorous.  Michael B adhered to all my requests perfectly!  I totally love it.  I would love to get a yellow diamond eternity band to wear with it sometime next year and maybe a different wedding band if he has any ideas of what would go well.

Before my husband and I were married ten years ago I had torn a Michael B ad out of a bridal magazine. When we got engaged, my husband decided to go all out a beautiful Radiant center stone, with the intentions of upgrading the setting at a future anniversary. That anniversary came this year. Over the years of casually looking at many different settings and designers, for me, nothing could hold a candle to the detailed craftsmanship and beauty of the delicate Michael B Lace setting I'd chosen so many years ago. I had wonderful experience dealing with Calvin's Jeweler here in Austin- they really love what they do and take great care of us.

I have acquired many pieces of jewelry from various top named designers such as Tiffany and Cartier, my Michael B. piece by far has given me the most joy and excitement.  I'm greatly appreciative of Michael B's intricate craftsmanship, elegant design, and personal service.  My ring is stunning and commands attention at every gathering. Once I put the ring on I find it impossible to take my eyes off it.  Thank you Michael B and staff for bringing so much happiness into my life and making my dream a reality.  You have earned a lifetime customer.

I absolutely LOVE my ring and I am complimented on it all of the time. I had a friend attempt to copy the setting – not even close! The craftsmanship is impeccable and its sparkle can be seen from across the room!

I live in Medina, OH (just south of Cleveland), we ended up in Battle Creek because of Bill from Pearlman's and his staff's great customer service!  Going above and beyond, he was more than willing to meet with us after hours on a Sunday, due to our crazy schedules, as my finance is completing medical school in Toledo, OH. We truly have been very happy with all of the service and the end product we have received!
